President of the Management Board

Co-founder of CBRTP, responsible for building relations with the scientific partners and coordinating research and implementation processes. He gained knowledge and experience in the implementation of complex and demanding projects while working for the central administrative authorities and the country’s leading research centers. He was, among others, the author of the assumptions for implementing the system of central record and satellite monitoring of fishing boats, the author of the assumptions and application for financing of the project “Konsolidacja i centralizacja systemów celnych i podatkowych”, the coordinator and co-creator of scientific and research projects within the structures of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Maritime University of Szczecin, Warsaw University of Technology, and co-author of the assumptions for the programme of Polish shale gas BlueGas. He co-authored a number of patent applications. He carried out numerous projects under the the Pre-accession Programmes Phare, Sapard, Ispa, Regional Operational Programmes, Operational Programme Innovative Economy and other, and other national programmes. The scientific and research projects carried out under the Programmes INNOTECH, INITECH, PBS, Measure 1.4 OPIE, Measure 1.3.1 and 1.1.2 OPIE, in addition to participation in research tasks, he designed and conducted optimizations of models for the cooperation of scientific centers with industry.
